INITIATE A RETURN

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Process

  1. Returns must be initiated through our Return Portal.

  2. Log in using the email associated with your order and enter the OTP sent to your email.

  3. Once you initiate the return, please allow us 24 hours to approve it.

  4. After approval, we will arrange a pickup for you.

  5. Once we receive and inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund.

  6. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank's processing time.

Note: If the item is damaged or does not meet our return criteria, it will be shipped back to you after inspection.

Return Criteria

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received.

  • Be unworn and unused.

  • Have product seals intact.

  • Be in its original packaging.

  • Have no perfume or signs of wear.

Refunds, Store Credit & Exchanges

We offer three options for returns:

  • Refund (processed after inspection).

  • Store credit for future purchases.

  • Exchange for a different item.

For exchanges, we require 24 hours to check item availability—this process may be faster depending on request volume.

Note: A AED 20 fee applies to the fulfillment of all exchange orders.

Cancellations

  • International orders that have already been dispatched or picked up by DHL or Aramex cannot be canceled, as they are handled by third-party couriers.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately at contact@sculp.shop if:

  • Your item is defective or damaged.

  • You receive the wrong item.

We’ll work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
