SHIPPING & RETURNS

1. CUSTOMS/DUTY & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

• Orders are shipped from our regional fulfillment hub in Dubai, U.A.E. Customs authorities in other countries may charge import taxes/duties in accordance with local regulations. These are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

2. DELIVERY ESTIMATES AND CHARGES 

• Prices shown for each country includes delivery charges unless the total order value falls below a minimum in which case a nominal fee is charged. 
• UAE: (1-2 days): AED 25 AED for orders below AED 350.
• GCC: (3-5 days): AED 60 AED
• Other Countries (5-7 days): AED 90. 
• Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partner and delays may occur that are out of our control (e.g. due to weather conditions or customs clearance delays).

3. RETURNS & CANCELLATION 

• We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with the products sealed, and in its original packaging. • We offer store credit only for returned orders. Refunds to the original payment method are not available.
• Please note that an additional fee of AED 20 will be applied to the fulfillment of exchange orders.
• International orders that have been dispatched & picked up by DHL or Aramex cannot be cancelled.

4. DAMAGES AND ISSUES 

• Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

5. REFUNDS

• Please note that refunds to the original payment method are only applicable for first-time customers. All subsequent returns will be eligible for store credit or a gift code, which can be used for future purchases.
