Orders are shipped from our regional fulfillment hub in Dubai, U.A.E. Customs authorities in other countries may charge import taxes/duties in accordance with local regulations. These are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
2. DELIVERY ESTIMATES AND CHARGES
Prices shown for each country includes delivery charges unless the total order value falls below a minimum in which case a nominal fee is charged.
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partner and delays may occur that are out of our control (e.g. due to weather conditions or customs clearance delays).
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
RETURN PROCESS
Returns must be initiated through our Return Portal.
1. Log in using the email associated with your order and enter the OTP sent to your email.
2. Once you initiate the return, please allow us 24 hours to approve it.
3. After approval, we will arrange a pickup for you.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund.
5. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank's processing time.
Note: If the item is damaged or does not meet our return criteria, it will be shipped back to you after inspection.
