ORIGINS

At SCULP, every fabric begins with a purpose. Developed to support different ways of moving, living, and recovering, our proprietary fabric systems combine technical performance with everyday comfort. From sculpting compression to breathable natural fibres and lightweight recovery fabrics, each is engineered to perform with intention while adapting effortlessly to modern life.

From the beginning, our focus has been to design for the reality of an active lifestyle. Pieces that support without compromising comfort, and transition seamlessly between movement, everyday wear, travel, and recovery. Thoughtfully developed and quietly driven by innovation, every SCULP fabric is created to become an essential part of a modern wardrobe.

THE WORLD OF SCULP

SCULP is a study in craftsmanship. A modern lifestyle brand built around movement, where every piece is designed with intention, precision, and an uncompromising attention to detail. Developed through proprietary fabric systems, our garments are engineered to support the female form while allowing for natural movement and lasting comfort.

We design for the reality of modern life. From performance to everyday wear, recovery to the moments in between, our fabrics are developed to adapt across changing climates, routines, and environments. The focus is on innovation that feels fluid; materials that breathe, support, and move with the body without compromising softness or versatility.

Every SCULP piece belongs to one of four worlds: Movement, Everyday, Recovery, and Rituals. Together they form a considered wardrobe that extends beyond activewear, supporting every part of the day through purposeful design, elevated materials, and timeless functionality.

FOUNDER

Emirati designer Aisha Abdulaziz spent four years exploring the relationship between fabric, form, and movement before co-founding SCULP. Guided by a research-led approach, her work is rooted in understanding how women move through modern life, and how clothing should evolve to support every part of it.

Her vision was to create a considered wardrobe shaped by movement rather than occasion. Through proprietary fabric development, refined construction, and timeless design, each piece is engineered to balance performance, comfort, and versatility while adapting effortlessly from movement to everyday life, recovery, and beyond.

Built with longevity in mind, SCULP reflects her belief that modern clothing should move with the body, respond to the rhythm of the day, and elevate the way women live.

Returns & refunds policy

We hope you love your SCULP pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return window

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:

In general

Returned in original packaging
Unworn, unused, and unwashed
All labels, tags, and product seals intact
In the same condition as received
Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, or signs of wear
Incorrect or faulty items should only be returned after being approved by our Customer Care team.
Please note that the compressive fit of SCULP garments is an intentional design feature and does not constitute a product fault.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

SALE ITEMS
This applies even if the items are unused or tried on.

Items that do not meet our return criteria, or that fall under non-returnable categories, will be sent back to the customer.

How to start a return

Returns must be initiated through our Return Portal.

Select “Start your return now”
Log in using the email associated with your order and enter the OTP sent to your email
Submit your return request
Please allow up to 24 hours for approval
Once approved, a pickup will be arranged

Packaging instructions

Print your prepaid shipping label and packing slip
Place the packing slip inside the parcel
Attach the shipping label outside the parcel
Hand the parcel to the courier or schedule a pickup (where available)
Keep your tracking number and receipt until processing is complete. These documents are required for customs clearance.

Return fees

A return fee of AED 20 applies
This fee will be deducted from your final refund
Return fees are non-refundable
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect or faulty item.

Refunds

All returned items are subject to inspection before a refund, exchange, or store credit is approved.
Please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Processing times may be extended during collection launches, promotional periods, public holidays, or peak trading periods.
Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.
Approved refunds are issued within 4–6 business days to the original payment method
Bank processing times may vary

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been initiated.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for UAE orders
International orders are not eligible for exchanges
A AED 20 fulfillment fee applies to all exchange orders
Exchanges requests are subject to item availability
We are unable to reserve exchange stock while your return is in transit.
If your requested exchange item becomes unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered instead.

RESPONSE TIME

Once your return or exchange request has been approved, our Customer Care team may contact you regarding your shipment, collection, or any additional information required to process your request.

If we do not receive a response within seven (7) calendar days of our latest communication, your return or exchange request will be automatically cancelled. If you wish to proceed after cancellation, a new request must be submitted, provided your order remains within the original 14-day return eligibility period.

For approved return requests, your refund will be processed to the original payment method (where applicable). If you wish to proceed after the request has been cancelled, a new return request must be submitted, provided it remains within the 14-day return window.

International orders

No exchanges are offered for international orders
Returns are accepted within the 14-day window if criteria are met
Customs duties, taxes, and return fees remain the customer’s responsibility
Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Orders that have already been dispatched or collected by DHL or Aramex cannot be canceled, as they are handled by third-party couriers.

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at contact@sculp.shop if:

Your item is damaged or defective
You received the wrong item

We’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please do not return incorrect, damaged, or faulty items without first contacting our Customer Care team, as we may be able to resolve the issue without requiring a return.

POLICY ABUSE

SCULP reserves the right to refuse or limit returns, exchanges, refunds, store credit, or future orders where we reasonably believe our Returns & Refunds Policy is being misused.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Returning items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Repeatedly returning an unusually high volume or value of orders.

Returning items that do not match the original order.

Returning items that do not meet our return eligibility requirements.

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information in connection with a return or refund request.

Misusing promotional offers, discounts, or complimentary gifts in conjunction with returns.

Any activity that we reasonably believe is intended to circumvent or abuse our policies.

Where policy abuse is identified, SCULP reserves the right to decline the return, refuse a refund or exchange, deduct any applicable fees, restrict future return privileges, cancel future orders, or take any other action reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of our business.
